Bacan at LAFS Miami 2025: Celebrating Latin American Fashion

Paradise Plaza in the Miami Design District became the heart of LAFS Miami 2025, a three-day celebration of creativity, heritage, and Latin American style. Designers from Bolivia, Colombia, Peru, and other countries showcased exclusive pieces that highlighted fine craftsmanship, bold identity, and refined taste. This year, Bacan, the premium Colombian aguardiente redefining its category worldwide, proudly sponsored the entire LAFS Miami 2025 pop-up. It also supported the closing celebration at The Temple House in Miami Beach. A Gathering of Latin American Talent LAFS Miami 2025 offered visitors a curated look at the region’s most exciting designers. They presented a wide selection of garments, jewelry, handbags, accessories, and limited-edition artworks. Each piece reflected the richness of Latin American culture and the creativity driving today’s fashion industry. Bacan matched this artistic energy perfectly. As a spirit crafted with clarity, intention, and purity, Bacan embodies the same values found in the designers of LAFS Miami 2025: authenticity, craftsmanship, and bold reinvention. Bacan: The Spirit of the Summit Throughout all three days of LAFS Miami 2025, Bacan welcomed guests, designers, and industry leaders with its signature tasting experience. Attendees enjoyed Bacan’s award-winning organic, kosher, and vegan aguardiente. Each sip offered a clean, smooth, and elevated expression of Colombian heritage. Because of this experience, Bacan became the spirit that connected creators, entrepreneurs, and fashion lovers. Every pour reflected what Bacan represents: celebrating Latin American excellence with elegance and modernity. A Shared Mission: Elevating Latin American Creativity Bacan’s presence at LAFS Miami 2025 was more than sponsorship. Instead, it represented a shared mission. Both Bacan and LAFS work to bring Latin American culture — its talent, flavors, and artistic voice — to a global audience. Although fashion and spirits belong to different worlds, they share a strong link through identity, craft, and expression. At LAFS Miami 2025, Bacan stood beside designers who are reshaping the future of Latin American fashion, just as Bacan is redefining what aguardiente can be. A Celebration of Excellence From Paradise Plaza to The Temple House, Bacan’s presence at LAFS Miami 2025 honored creativity, community, and Latin American pride. The event celebrated outstanding visionaries, and Bacan raised a glass to each one of them — supporting their journeys and honoring their impact. Bacan will continue championing the talent that inspires and elevates Latin America. Because, just like the designers of LAFS Miami 2025, Bacan is not here to follow trends. Bacan is here to create them.
Bacan Guaro and Colombiamoda Miami: Fashion and Colombian Style in a Toast

Colombian fashion continues to conquer international stages, and one of its most prominent platforms abroad is Colombiamoda Miami, which celebrated its second edition in May 2025. This event, blending creativity, design, and sophistication, has become a key space for showcasing Latin American talent in one of the most vibrant cultural capitals on the continent. Throughout the event, Miami witnessed the power of Colombian designers, the presence of celebrities and high-profile influencers, and an atmosphere brimming with innovation and elegance. Colombiamoda Miami was not just a showcase for fashion, but also for brands that understand lifestyle as an essential part of the experience. Bacan Guaro: The Aguardiente Walking Hand-in-Hand with Fashion In this setting, Bacan Guaro stood out as more than just a drink—it became a symbol of new Colombian luxury. The brand played an active role during two key moments of the event, solidifying its position as the premium aguardiente that elevates the guaro experience with style, sophistication, and national pride. On Wednesday, May 28, Bacan hosted an exclusive dinner at El Cielo Miami, the restaurant of renowned Colombian chef Juan Manuel Barrientos. This private gathering, which brought together celebrities, influencers, and figures from the fashion world, served as the soft opening of Colombiamoda. Guests enjoyed two signature cocktails: the refreshing Guaro Lychee and El Chimberito, a guanábana-based drink featured on El Cielo’s menu, specially crafted with Bacan. The event, attended by around 70 to 80 people, set the tone for what would be a vibrant and identity-rich edition of the fashion showcase. On Thursday, May 29, Bacan took the spotlight again during the opening runway show by designer Andrés Otálora, one of the most celebrated names in Colombian fashion. At this event, which welcomed over 170 guests from the entertainment industry, media, and the fashion world, Bacan served the welcome cocktail: the Champaguaro, a sparkling creation enhanced with dry ice effects that wowed with its visual appeal. Additionally, at an indoor bar, guests enjoyed three exclusive drinks: the classic Guaro Lychee, the refreshing Jaguar Mule, and Bacan On The Rocks, served with a branded orange peel and a touch of gold leaf—bringing the concept of artisanal luxury to new heights. A New Language for Colombian Aguardiente Bacan Guaro’s participation in Colombiamoda Miami was no coincidence—it’s part of a clear vision to redefine Colombian aguardiente on international stages, connecting it with fashion, art, and multisensory experiences. Bacan isn’t just transforming how guaro is consumed; it’s reshaping how it’s perceived: as a symbol of authenticity, elegance, and national pride. Events like Colombiamoda Miami prove that the fashion industry and premium spirits can go hand-in-hand when they share a narrative of identity, innovation, and beauty. Bacan Guaro understands this and brings it to life: the future of Colombian aguardiente is bright, stylish, and ready for the runway.
