1. Add all ingredients to the shaker and shake.
2. Serve in a short glass.

5. Add the hydrated gelatin to the infusion, then add 200 ml of Monin lavender syrup.
6. Pour the mixture into a siphon, charge with two N2O cartridges, shake, and refrigerate for 30 minutes before use.
